All About Sea Salt

Did you know our bodies contain similar concentrations of minerals and nutrients as sea water? That makes sea salt a great companion to restoring both your body and your skin.

The biggest difference between sea salt and table salt is the mineral content. Sea salt is full of minerals like calcium, magnesium, potassium and sodium. When these minerals are off balance your skin can become dull, dry and irritated. You can improve the  moisture level of your skin and strengthen it’s barrier with sea salt, read how below!

  • Make a facial toning spray that helps deep clean pores and keep oil in check: Combine a teaspoon of sea salt with 3-5 ounces of warm water in a spray bottle, stir until salt is dissolved. Spray onto clean & dry skin, making sure to avoid eye area.
  • Use a sea salt body scrub like Isle of Luxe to exfoliate and restore:
